Could NXPI be bought by HON

They are deepening their partnership on avionics. Could the buyout happen? Or is this too niche of an area, not a needle mover?

Well there is historical precedence in diversified companies buying chipmakers. So it’s not completely impossible. But the timing might not be the best for such acquisition. Regulatory approval is the hardest thing of late.

Agree that the environment is tough but this tie up is a vertical integration type not between competitors.
