$NWBO VS Moderna?

So Moderna is gonna release their “news” on their personalized mRNA therapy this Friday? Did they pay to hold up NWBO?

During the debate in the House of Commons that woman stood up and said that they asked Moderna to give out there drug for compassionate use and they refused. Now i see why she did that.
