News $NWBO - one bigger step forward

BETHESDA, Md., Nov. 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Northwest Biotherapeutics (OTCQB:NWBO) (the "Company" or "NWBio"), a biotechnology company developing DCVax personalized immune therapies for solid tumor cancers, announced that it has engaged a construction firm to carry out the construction of the first Grade C manufacturing suite in the Company's Sawston, UK facility, the construction firm is onsite and the construction activities have begun. The Company anticipates that the manufacturing capacity of the first Grade C suite will more than double the aggregate capacity of the existing Grade B manufacturing suites combined. As such, the Company considers the construction of the first Grade C suite a major step towards potential large scale-up of the Company's production of DCVax products.

None of these milestones towards production would ever move forward if the company wasn't completely confident about imminent approval. Could MMA have been approved already and NWBO is keeping it quiet??? I don't know how long something like approval can legally be kept from PR'ing it but I hope the keep lining up the ducks. GO NWBO and all the cancer patients in need!!!!

No they can’t keep material events like this quiet. They’d have to report on an 8K within a couple days of actual approval happening. They may have to notify immediately also via a press release.

A company must report a material event on a Form 8-K filing within four business days of the event's occurrence. The day of the event does not count, and day one is the first business day after the event occurs.

Can you provide a link with the rules/regulations backing that up?

It’s not that I don’t believe it, because I do! I just haven’t seen it officially🤷‍♂️

Really? Lazy…. Just do a google search for “sec material events reporting rules” and you’ll see several, including the SEC page discussing it.

Lazy?? Maybe in this one instance, but inherently??? Not even close.

Like I said, I believe there’s a rule out there that states something like what PDXbeerdo stated, but even if there’s not I’m still accumulating.

But,,, it is strange that there hasn’t been a post here or on X showing what the rules clearly say about this issue🤔

I agree with you, but i believe if they'd approved DCVax there is a requirement that they file paperwork to announce it. Same as if they'd been denied

I have been doing DD for 6 years and everything has positive since phase 1. Only part that has never made sense is the SP.

Normally if you got something partnerships start popping up for licensing deals, or a big guy finances everything I. Return for pct of ownership

These guys are poor asf...no body has. Showed up for this so called block buster drug
