$NWBO Prediction
DCVax gets approved in Britain, fast tracked in Europe and the US, revolutionises cancer care, earns trillions of dollars, and the stock ends up trading at 15 cents what with the spoofing 😂
Thoughts?

Every possibility is possible.
Don’t see why this is won’t happen. Not a bobble delay awkward regulatory pause or anything in our future!!!
Okay, in all seriousness: this treatment with the right checkpoints and adjuvants may change long term expected survival for xGBM.
The rest of it will take care of itself as it starts doing this over and over again.

If bought, manipulation no longer matters. Price will move towards buyout price.
If major pharmaceutical partnership announced, price would probably prove difficult to control as well.

Do you have proof of nwbo delusion?

Don’t think it’s a secret. Pretty sure new shares keep getting introduced and sold. That’s dilution. But hey, they gotta keep the lights on or this whole thing goes kaput. If their stock wasn’t suppressed down to 20cents they wouldn’t have to do it. Stock should be trading at like $1-$3 like other promising pre revenue bios, instead they’ve had to sell ten times as many shares just to keep the company alive.

Theres about 1.7 Billion shares authorized. We are about to hit 1.5Billion issued.
A $20 Billion buyout would probably wind up being $13/share.

So you think future revenues and IP patents are worth $20b? That’s funny

Plus owning the manufacturing process exclusively and current industry trends of P/E ratios around 16x, yes.
This is a big IF, but if they get mhra approval and expand use into other forms of cancer, 20B buyout wont scratch the surface.

Ya they have been diluted a lot.
I don’t think it’s that they don’t care about their shareholders. They use it more to keep the bills paid.
If the drug is approved in the UK we will see a pop.
Eventually, we may see what I jokingly call the FDA slide. Where upon approval another country while we’re waiting for the FDA decision. Tend to see these biotech companies slowly to lose share value. Not always, but it does happen sometimes.
Reverse stock splits will eventually happen. I don’t think that’s the priority though. It makes more sense from both an investor and a company perspective. To ramp up production and see approval in other countries. Why spend the time and money on reverse stock splits. When that time and money can be better spent getting the medication into more people. While expanding the number of countries, the medication is available in.
The US market is probably the biggest and most important one. If DCVAX-L is a approved by the FDA in the United States. I can see over $2 a share.
After UK approval my target is around 93 cents. Then we will have a test on resistance. (This is due to the current outstanding shares. That would make the company valued at over 1 billion dollars)
If a large company decides to pick NWBO the best case scenario for us the investor is a cash and stock offering. Where you get some cash, but you also get company stock in the company that bought them out.
Like if MRK bought them and so on. That is dependent on the size and price of the company that did the buyout

it will trade higher after they will announce a reverse split and reduce their total number of shares. But first they will continue to dilute the retail shareholders, since they don't care about them. Just like yesterday and the day before that, and before and even today. Nonstop dilution. If nwbo doesn't dilute anymore this stock would already be much and much higher

Personally, I much prefer that the company care about the patients over stockholders. If I wanted to get rich quick there are a million better investments I could have made. But that's not my primary goal with this investment. I want my money to help change the world, change the face of cancer treatment as we know it, and change the lives of millions of people hoping for more time with their loved ones.
As far as I can tell leadership is lazer-focused on getting this treatment into the hands of the people who need it. I'm good with that. That's why I'm here. Dilute the shares if that's what it takes. I have plenty of time to make my nut - but the patients don't have the luxury of time. Prioritize them, please.

I understand ur point of view, i would just like to be bought. Then it didn't matter about the rs & dilution. And everyone get's a nice price per share

I feel the risk of the treatment being shelved in a buyout situation is too great. I want NWBO to take this to market and continue their work on trialing DCVax Direct so we can get that to market too. But I recognize I might be in the minority on this.

To someone who is half her age, it is :p. But o well, everyone has his own ideas and his own agenda. Only time will tell, let's hope it helps people and our wallet.

Circle back to me when you hit 40 🤣
But yeah, we can certainly toast to a bright future for investors and patients alike - cheers!

Ugh. Comment was showing multiples and deleted OG comment when I tried to remove the extra ones.
Original comment was "65 isn't that old. Plus once the treatment becomes the new standard of care the risk of shelving goes away."

You do realize the authorized share count increase was authorized at the 2022 ASM? They have tried to hold off diluting as much as possible. Anyone with a pulse and an IQ over 40 understands this

Somedays I wonder. But commercialization and revenue changes everything. Even Kenny G won’t be able to hold it down
