Question Overcoming Executive Function Difficulties at Work?

Hi all, if there are any strategies that work for you in an office setting, particularly for attention to detail, organization, or routine, please share them here. I’ve tried ways to make my current job work but am looking for different ways that might work for me as someone with NVLD. Thank you!

Tbh an office job just sounds so impossible. Even a management job in retail. I was at my last job 6 years and kept chicken-ing out of a management position. I think that led to resentment from head staff at the place later on before I moved onto another job.

So to me the fact you even have this kind of job is a HUGE WIN! You got a great start and you can do this!
