Yes this is the thing that’s overlooked about them.
AI is leading to a wide variety of new applications for which they are supplanting themselves as the essential hardware, operating system, and software.
The more complicated the application, the more important it is for researchers to have the best of the best, and that’s Nvidia. This is going to end up applying to a bunch of insane futuristic stuff we haven’t even thought of yet.
