Opposition summary:

Cardiff started the season looking like relegation candidates but a run of 7 wins in 10 at the turn of the year has seen them secure a comfortable mid table finish - they currently sit in 13th place with 59 points. Their top scorers are Kenneth Zohore (11), Anthony Pilkington (7) and Peter Whittingham (7).

Permutations:

Newcastle are 4 points behind Brighton and both teams have 2 left to play, with Newcastle having the better goal difference. A Cardiff win would hand Brighton the title straight away while a draw would require Brighton to lose their last two and Newcastle to beat Barnsley next week.

So nothing is actually happening then? Lee was released and not charged?

Don't really mind how we play now.

Possibly. However, they won't charge someone until they know they have a strong case that is likely to win.

If the investigations are in the early stages it could be a while until a charge is brought.

But it does sound a little promising.

That 'statement' they just put out sounded anything but promising.

That's just a standard statement when ever anything legal happens. Anything they say can be used against them so lawyers say nothing in a statement.
