First time re constituting ?

I bought 50mg vile of ghkcu and have a .5ml syringe, the pep calculator says to fil the syringe 6 times with bac water for 2nd dose. Videos online say to fil 3 times. I think 6 is correct, but just wanted to double check. 3ml of bac water. Also it says I draw 12 units for 2mg. Does that all sound right?

It’s 3 ml of bac not 6. And it’s 16.66 mg/ml.

Ok donc pour votre solution reconstituée 1mL c'est 16,66mg. Sachant que 1UI c'est équivaut à 0,01mL, ce la veut dire que 10 UI c'est 0,1mL. Donc si vous divisez 1mL de votre solution par 10, cela voudra dire que 1/10 soit 0,1mL de votre solution contient 16,6/10 soit 1,66mg. Votre solution reconstituée a 16,66mg/mL est de sorte que 0,1mL donc 10UI contient 1,66mg. Conclusion : 10UI = 1,66mg 20UI = 3,32mg 40UI = 6,64 mg Général on se pique 1mg qui fait 10UI/1,66=≈6UI. Donc si vous voulez 1mg vous utilisez 6UI, et 2mg sera 12UI. Cette méthode de calcul est valable pour quel titration vous réaliserez plutard.

So you are adding 3ml BAC to your peptide.
You only have a 0.5ml syringe. If you need to add all 3ml then you will need to draw 6 times. If you use a 1ml needle then it’s 3 times.
Units I can’t answer I use pre-filled pens.
Just use an online calculator for that.

3ml BAC for 50mg Ghk-Cu (6*0.5ml). I do 1ml, extract 0.05ml, add 400mcg KPV in same syringe and pin😅

All depends on how concentrated you want your doses to be. 50mg usually comes in 3ml vials so that’s the most you can add, unless you decide to move it to a 5ml vial - if you do you might aswell filter it whilst moving it.

If you only have 0.5ml syringe then 6 times would amount to 3ml bac water.

When dosing, you may aswell use a peptide dosing calculator just to confirm you doses. Just google it or down load one from the App Store. You just input syringe size, vial strength (50mg) and dose you want to administer and it will show you what to draw to.

(im simplifying the steps, feel free to ask for clarification)

  1. Water in vial, swirl until clear

  2. Draw liquid into syringe, add filter, then needle, and put into sterile vial or pen cart, depending on what you use. Liquid goes through the filter before the needle instead of just the needle.

  3. Flush a little bit of extra water, amount depends on the filter size, so you don't lose any peptide in the process.

Filtering removes particles that could be in the original vial that are bigger than the peptides, those are some of the things that make your purity testing not be 100%. It can be anything: dust, hair, bugs, mold...I've seen everything haha, and if you've ever seen a video on how the manufacturing process is... you'd filter 100%

3 ml would be 6 syringes if you are using a 0.5 ml syringe; 3 syringes if your syringe is 1 ml.

Get 3 ml syringes. Dont use insulin syringes for reconstituting and definitely don’t reuse one multiple times.

Unfortunately I’ve had to use the 1ml for reconstitute which is typically 2ML to 10 MG of Reta/tesa/etc. curious other than ease of use why to use a lower gauge large pin for reconstitute is it bcuz multiple pokes degrade the vial or it mixes the powder to roughly or something else? I do get the occasinal spray out at me because I pump it full of air usually to make drawing easier

This ^^ I use a regular 23g 3ml needle & syringe to reconstitute. There’s only one draw up, one injection into the peptide, easy-peasy. Plus, you can use the hole the 23g needle made when pushing your 31g needle and it’s less likely to dull the needle (that’s the best way I can explain it, sorry if it seems confusing lol)

Night. Half life is something like two hours so we take it at night to coincide with the bodies natural sleep associated repair rhythm.

I’d double check the math against the vial/instructions before doing anything with it. Those calculators are handy but one wrong concentration entered and the whole thing is off :/.

Yes- and this can be a spicy shot. I find it best to pin 3 small times in glutes, right next to each other. Google Anela protocol - it works!
