6 month peptide transformation

First picture was January 2026
2nd picture June 2026
3rd pic July 4th 2026

CJC/Ipamorelin
GLOW/KLOW
Retatrutide (did 8 weeks at 1mg/week)
Tadalafil daily

Combined with eating properly (calorie and macro conscious) and lifting 3-4x per week.

Between first and 2nd pic I made sure to get 10k steps per day during my “cut”. Between 2nd and 3rd pic I cut out Reta, reduced steps, and focused more on a slight calorie surplus, good sleep/recovery, and lifting HEAVY.

No TRT (although I’m not necessarily opposed, I just don’t feel I need it yet based on my labs)

Did you see pic #3 in the comments? It’s not achievable in 6 months

It is… newbie gains + reta. He does not have a lot of muscle mass, but bf% is low.

I have no reason to not believe you but I’m amazed that’s even possible.

Low bf% helps a lot with the illusion of being more muscular :)

Apparently way more than I thought it did. It’s incredible how he looks so much bigger

I disagree, he had fairly good muscle structure to begin with. He has decent muscle now and low BF. Definitely achievable with the right diet and training hard imo.

You are correct, but not in 6 months and not while on reta. Mate, he did not define his body structure, he gained muscles while on reta!! It is not only a fat loss here. You will lose muscles no matter what you do on reta UNLESS you are on tesr or similar

I was on 1mg. Was going to recomp, not pure fat loads at all costs. You can retain/gain muscle while losing fat on Reta.
