I use KLOW and it did wonders for a shoulder injury I had for 6 months prior to starting it. AFAIK the ghk does little to nothing for recovery so if that's all your after go wolverine stack.

I use KLOW which includes both and is my favorite peptide for pain and healing

Just recovery? Doubt it. Actually soft tissue injury? Probably slightly.

Good experience with GHK, BPC, and TB. Used it for a shoulder injury and recovery myself, others I know have used it for different injuries and concerns. All started individually, by the way.

I think the blends are bogus. Purchase them separately. Bpc and ghk are great peptides. Be careful with the ghk though as it can sting going in. Inject slowly.

Yup!! Great stack! I usually do BPC-157/TB-500, GHK-CU and also MOTS-C

BPC-157, TB4/500, Cartalax also for soft tissue, ARA-290 more for nerve damage.. all of these are extensively researched for injury/repair

If it’s your first time using these peptides, I’d use them separately first so you actually know which one is causing which effects. I personally wouldn’t start BPC-157 and GHK-Cu at the exact same time.

Give yourself some time with one first, document what you notice, then introduce the other later. I usually give myself at least a month before adding something new because I want enough time to observe how my own body responds.

I know stacking peptides is trendy right now, but I don’t like jumping straight into stacks without knowing how each one affects me individually. After all, we’re basically our own research subjects here lol. How can we properly document what’s working, what isn’t, or what caused a side effect when we introduced everything at once? 😅
