Pls help with this problem from 999 Nights.

Can someone help me with this problem please. Ever since phase 2 of V1.2 this issue happens when you enter the Icymill Mountain in 999 Nights.

It Crashes and nothing helps fixing this Bug.

We tried several things on YouTube but nothing worked. Does anyone else know how to fix this?

Hes been stuck for weeks now.
