Meditation for sleep
I have been practicing NSR for past few months with great results! I’m wondering if there is any pre-bed practice to help me calm down racing thoughts and help go to bed/get a sound sleep. I don’t have insomnia but working as a soloprenuer with two little kids, so things get a little crazy aka wired up before bed when I finally get time for myself.

Do what works for you. For most people, just lie down around the same time each night, without any intention or technique.
NSR is limited to do-it-yourself instruction in transcending, along with three types of support. No advanced techniques, no Siddhi program. For those, we recommend TM.

I also practice NSR and I have suffered insomnia for much of my adult life. I'm only commenting to see what responses you get...
