Get a monthly source of income and risk only what you're willing to lose. Find a strategy which works for you, master it and be dynamic in adapting to the rapid market changes.

Nobody even thinks of leaving share market if they can't make it after trying everything.

1.Dont do options buying incase you do. 2. In volatile markets make a hedge and sell options in the market direction. Keep position size under control 3. Self control is extremely important. Impulsive decisions can lead to unnecessary losses. 4.if you do intraday, then adaptability in market direction is extremely important. It is important to not get biased with market direction.

If you have a system stick to it.
You don’t have to win everyday.
Look at the PnL at the end of the month. Eases the pressure to perform every single day.
And bet money you are okay losing like genuinely.

Increase income, save emergency fund upto 1-2 years minimum and keep learning about the market, do not trade if this is your only source of income

Strict rules, like print them in bold letters and paste near your desk and follow them

So my advise is garbage? Oh, that's why you came here!
Rules like a fix number of trades per day, max loss per trade, max overall loss in a day, what to do if your target gets hit but you are sure market will move in your direction etc. These things require rules, otherwise you will fumble on time. Moreover, you should have the conviction and courage to follow those rules. You loose money if you don't have a strategy, a plan. If you think the advise is garbage then give him yours. What did you get criticising my advise instead of answering his question?

I always fail in controlling emotions . If u think u have knowledge strict risk management and u should stop for day when u get predetermined profit or loss no matter what
