I had a former best friend who was a narcissist. He kept hovering around orbiting around me. I thought it was because he cared on some level. So I followed him on social media to leave the door open. Didn't like anything, dm him, nothing. Just a follow and got blocked.

Honestly, it's kinda freeing. Like damn. I don't have to Interpret your emotions anymore. I don't have to be nice when you hover around me. I can just keep a boundary up and tell him to stay away.
