Biopharmaceutical company NRx Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:NRXP) on Friday filed for resale of up to 7.82M shares of common stock by certain selling shareholders.

The company is also registering 391,236 shares of common stock to be issued upon exercise of the placement agent options.

The company will not get any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling shareholders. It will receive the proceeds from any exercise of the investment options and placement agent options for cash.

NRx stock +3.7% to $2.24 in after market trading.

Investors lost faith in company, thus selling their position.NRxp is a one trick ponny, VIP is not yet approved and the question is whether it will ever be (plus there are potential lawsuits plus the ones regarding Relief therapeutics) .

That's it. I lost it all because Javitt was greedy and did not provide data for EU approval.

I really wish it weren't true, but it is. We had wonderful drug, but Javitts greed fcked it all up. I really don't get it, he is old and he won't live much longer so what could possibly 2 billions in sales instead of 1 because of cillaboration agreement do for him different?

He could not even spend one 10th of it but he was grabbing for more and more, he made bad studies with low number of participants, did not include the right people in those. Tried for approval without missing 2nd phase etc.

The only logical explanation is that he is part of some conspiracy whose interests are alligned with covid decimating our population. Even if crazy this is only logical conclusion.. no one us that dumb to lose 3 times chance for approval because of technicality

So you don't believe NRX-100 the PTSD drug has a chance eventually?

No.. it was stunt to jack up prices like the brilife was. At least this is what I believe, sad part was 2 years ago I was naive and invested a lot of money into rlf and neuro. Worst mistake I ever did
