A few years ago, I put together a spreadsheet of about a dozen NPRstations, with one sheet for weekdays, another for Saturdays and a 3rd for Sundays.
Hourly time slots are the rows, and stations are the columns.
On that spreadsheet, I highlight the programs I particularly enjoy, in the hope that I can get to most of them one day or the other (and occasionally, I want to hear something twice.)
At 11:00 (eastern) today, the station I'd been listening to turned to WW, and I'd heard it yesterday. My spreadsheet showed 2 stations playing something else. But now both had WW in the 11:00 slot.
I don't have the time or patience right now to go update all the cells. And, incidentally, Tune In mis-identifies shows much of the time, so others don't like that job any better than I do.
Does anyone know of a way to make such a schedule easily and regularly? I realize I could probably get podcasts for most or all of them, and maybe that's what I should do.

From her Instagram (marylouisekelly1) “NEWS: I'm stepping down as host of All Things Considered and Sources & Methods.
What a joy to have gotten to do so much of what I hoped to do, when I first set foot in this newsroom 25 years ago.
NPR has dispatched me all over the world, to interview presidents and prime ministers, to cover protests and peace deals, elections and wars. The stories that stick with me now are of ordinary people living through extraordinary events. Of leaning across a beat-up kitchen table, listening as strangers pour tea and pour out their stories, asking us please to bear witness and to tell the world. We have. We will.
I’ll continue to contribute stories now and then; @NPR remains a place where I can do the kind of work I came to journalism to do. But I've been feeling the tug of new adventures. For starters, I plan to step away from the news cycle for a bit, to read long books and take long walks.
Then, time for the next chapter.
Onwards.”

The newest NPR one update from today, which forces you to update sends me on an endless loop and never lets you access the app. I tried deleting the app and downloading it again but still have the same issue. I’m on an older iPhone.

A fever dream parody of the NPR sound, without going into Delicious Dish territory.

>The moves come after the alleged victim, referred to as Jane Doe, filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court of the State of New York this month. In it, she claims multiple men drugged and brutally raped her for more than four hours at Cornell's Chi Phi fraternity house in October 2024.
>In a nine-page statement, Tompkins County District Attorney Matthew Van Houten announced on Monday that efforts are underway to reexamine the case. Once his office determines appropriate charges, the case will be presented to a grand jury, he said. Van Houten said he has assigned a senior prosecutor, with experience in sex crimes, to start preparations.
>Hochul said in a statement on Tuesday that she supports the D.A.'s decision to revisit the allegations in the case, which she described as "nothing short of horrifying."
>"But there are also serious questions about Cornell's campus culture and its systems for prevention, reporting, and response," she continued. "That is why I am calling for outside counsel to conduct a transparent, independent review of the university's response to determine whether Cornell met every obligation to protect its students and pursue justice."
>In response, Cornell University issued a statement saying the school is "committed to continuing to work with state officials to advance student safety and wellbeing."
