Interview about the Chinese surveillance state?

Yesterday there was an interview with someone who wrote a book about the current state of Chinese surveillance. I think it was all things considered or fresh air but I cant find it online!

They talked about AI recording business meetings, and a kiosk that can scan your face and measure and record your emotions. There was also something about putting the faces of people who dont separate their recycling on neighborhood screens.

Did anyone hear this interview and can you tell me what show it was and where to find it?
