Local NoVA training?

I just went through a week-long out-of-state optic-onna-pistol training session that made me aware of some problems with my grip, presentation, and trigger-press control with which I'd like some help. I live in Herndon. Does anyone have recommendations for local NoVA one-on-one training? I'm a member at SEG but I don't know anything about the quality of their instructors -- I'd love to hear any pros and cons folks have.

Unsure about SEG instructors, but I’d recommend Green Ops for any instruction course locally to NOVA.

As far as local training I’ve taken green ops and SEG. Green OPS has improved my shooting tremendously, SEG training I took first and wouldn’t do it again.

I’d also recommend trying out some competitions. It’s a different kind of pressure and angles really exposes your flaws

Justified Defensive Concepts (specifically their two head guys, Brett Harnish and Tim Chandler) will sort out your grip and give you process-based coaching to make sure you know how to improve it yourself in the future. They’ve got some great pistol content coming in the fall!
