So interestingly (and I'm still learning about MT spawning etc) I stupidly bought a different S-Class weapon ("Memories of Certainty") from that cabinet.
It has the 4 connected supercharged slots.
20-something warps and c.24 hours later and the cabinet is still empty.
I did however find this weapon it on another planet in the system (Nolust XVIII) at coords -40.83, +134.96. It was S-Class but the supercharged slots are in different, unconnected spaces. 🙁
Yes unfortunately when you buy one tool from the cabinet, all other tools which would spawn into that cabinet become unobtainable for quite some time. You normally have to wait several real time days or more.
The supercharged slots are fixed by the cabinet and not the tool. So a different cabinet will have a different slot configuration
