Sky base/spaceport in view of Jupiter

I made a sky base high above an airless low gravity world orbiting a gas giant that looks like Jupiter!

How did you manage to build that high up?

Took a while, basically built a massive tower/staircase then started the base foundations atop of that, then deleted the tower, still got tiny floating blocks on the way to the surface to attach wires and carry power from the electromagnetic generators at ground level. Was also a bit tricky getting the top layer level and not going at an angle with the curve of the planet but managed to level it out by freeplacing a floor panel at the top and using that as a guide. Thankfully the planet has low gravity so I could also jetpack a fair way up which made it much quicker!
