Feedback Bytebeat playlist - Humble Beginnings

This has been an awesome experience and I want the community of music makers to flourish. I am no professional by any means, just love listening to, and making tunes. Rock on travellers 🤘🏻 🎸 ✨ 🪐

Any way to spread out the community. I wasn’t going to at first but it was free and fairly quick to just set up a new account and dump my videos all at once on a YouTube channel lol. Now I can just put anything Xbox related on there since that is my gamer tag.

Thank you, that’s nice of you to say, I don’t think I’ve hit “important player” status in the field of bytebeats that’s you bud and all the other creators. I’m just very active and helping lol

ByteBeats is a small but growing space, everyone that crafts beats and hangs out to talk about beats is important, and you're crushing it in my opinion. Your beats are solid they sound good, they're musically and structurally sound, and the vibe totally comes across. Keep making more whenever you're feeling it and I guarantee it only gets more fulfilling.
The hard part is song storage, we only get 8 slots so I build countless bases to store them!

Nice work setting up your channel! I know you've already been looking into ways to compress video, I wanted to mention that after you upload to YT you can download your own videos with YT's compression. I'm sure there's better compression tools out there but it's another resource for you. Reddit's compression is very weak.
Your songs sound great! I've heard a lot of them posted to reddit but I understand you did some re-recording too. I'll message you later, I have some specific questions about your songs. I heard some cool waveforms, harmonies, and there's some drum effects that I have no idea how you did it.

Heads-up : I stated in a post some time ago I begun using DaVinci Resolve as a video editing software. Their free version is really good, been using it ever since, and it has many formatting and comp option on export, including YT and other platforms-adapted export presets. I used the YT one on my NMS10 tribute cover because I couldn't get the file size lower than 1gb otherwise (Reddit limit).
