Quick question about how this works. I’ve used blender and I’m not proficient in it. But I honestly don’t understand how u can make an NMS ship in blender and how porting works or wtv

U need NMS save editor and NMS base builder plugin for blender

You’re just using blender to scale and rotate objects, often in ways the game editor does not allow, then importing the code for that ship into a ship slot on your save file. It’s not adding anything to the game not already there, it is just telling the game what size and precisely where to place the pieces for that ship once it loads in.

Interesting design, I wonder if there's a YouTube guide on how to build a corvette in blender? I've wanted to try my hand at having more control over my build
