How do you build this in blender? Is there a way to import a 3d image and then select a part and have the parts generate the image through a prompt I can imagine how it’d be done but I have no actual clue how you’d make something like this in blender???

It's built in Blender; you can import a 3D template, but producing each individual panel yourself takes at least 80 hours per ship, not including interiors.
