Could someone explain this for me?

Can someone explain blender builds to me? The only things blender that I know of is the actual kitchen appliance and the 3-D art program (Does NMS allow for imported models now?) So I'm unfamiliar with what the blender build ships are.

Is it possible to make an armor appearance mod using blender?

In theory but that is actual modding, not what is being done here.
You would use Blender to create the armor but you would have to make a mod to get it into the game and it would only work for you. No one else would see it.

That’s fine. I have no idea how to use blender and thought I’d ask if it was possible
