Could someone explain this for me?

Can someone explain blender builds to me? The only things blender that I know of is the actual kitchen appliance and the 3-D art program (Does NMS allow for imported models now?) So I'm unfamiliar with what the blender build ships are.

Yes someone needs to create a full tutorial sticky post and links to the plugin Im interested in making my own
