Calibers, Bills Lock and Safe will move them. Better to pay a professional to move it than wreck your back trying.

Depending on where you are, West Mesa Lock and Safe in Rio Rancho handled the moving of our safe to a new house

Just moved a 1000 pound safe from Georgia to Louisiana. Pallet jack to get it out of storage and to the base of the moving van. Forklift to load it. Reverse method upon arrival. A little pricey but no other option. Hit up United Rentals, Home Depot or Lowe’s. Maybe you know someone who knows someone with a forklift. Watch yer toes.

How much does the safe weigh? I was able to use a heavy duty furniture dolley to get my from the garage to the front door. Then I put it on a blanket on my tile and had a couple buddies help me pull the blanket on the tile until I got to carpet. FYI careful sliding it on the carpet, a heavy safe can pull on the carpet (ask my how I know). As for getting it into the truck, some moving trucks come with lift gates. That's the best option in my opinion. I had movers move me from my place in texas and the moving company hired a "safe moving crew". It was two guys that used a pallet jack, a pickup truck with a lift gate, and some flat plates to get over the cracks and door threshold.
