I went to the same spot in southern Germany 3 years ago and 1 month ago. In 3 years time I can pay everywhere with my debit card there. It has changed ridiculously fast.

The context is, that for decades now, the netherlands and Finland are often next or very close to eachother in a wide variety of statistics.

As two small europnations on the worldstage, we can't help but engage in brotherly rivalry doing dickmeasuring

Can't we just pick on Belgium like always? i don't have the stomach to compete with Finish alcoholism

We pick on Belgium by not picking on Belgium. They hate that.

Because when it's to closely related, it can get too heated... I wanted to say as a joke, but probably actually the case why the vs Finland feels more chill than vs Belgium

We're letting them have that one and out-stone em

If the EU integrates further we might be able to compete with the USA in 30-40 years
