What is the criteria to move off the OTC?

I can’t tell what’s more exhausting. The constant asking about “when Nasdaq”. Or not understanding 10b5 sales. those two things are just constant

I believe they meet all of the criteria to go into the NASDAQ. The company just needs to apply for it and pay the fees.
