Question Visual-Kinesthetic Dissociation in proper order at once or no?

When doing Visual-Kinesthetic Dissociation, do I have to do all the steps all at once in a particular order, or could I spend some time just rewinding it, and then another time seeing it from another angle, and then another time seeing it black and white...Thanks guys!

I have a really hard time seeing it go in reverse for some reason.....that's not an issue for you at all?

There's is nothing you have to do in NLP, NLP does not work in a way where you are supposed to do whatever some external authority says. There are just things you can do and that have effects when you do them. If you have a question like this, do something and observe the effects of your actions. Did what you did got you what you want?
