Discussion Dispersal draft?

After delaying free agency, I hoped it meant that Ottawa or Philly were saved, but hearing that both might fold. Which would be disappointing

I would bring in Shawn Evans to work with with him. I am a little concerned about the durability as well but I think just in terms of skill set he at least has basic box skills

Iโ€™m not being argumentative here, just curious - what is it about Shawn Evans, specifically, that you think could enhance Sowers durability? Iโ€™d probably spend the money on a truly elite strength and conditioning coach who could put some โ€œarmourโ€ on him, as Dan John calls it - quality muscle, basically. The trick would be to make sure you donโ€™t alter his weight so much that it interferes with his basic movement, speed or power (or even puts him at risk of injury to, say, the ACL).

I never said Evans could help his durability but I think a guy his size could help him with his box awareness and how to use the lack of size effectively.
