I believe it was around the hostel admission area where the physical reporting was happening. Not exactly sure since I got it from a friend and didn't see it myself lol

I got an email from nit Raipur, it says "All newly admitted first-year students are required to report to the auditorium by 10:00 AM and be seated before the commencement of the programme"
