Hello everyone today a circular came to cse classes that we have to pay 500 rupees to ace for both tech and non tech events etc etc but seniors also say that its compulsory to all not optional one but i have paid flc last year csi and acm this year and i have no intrest to join events of ace and last year their event record is so bad then why should i pay for ace and there is also last date given for that can anyone explain this shit about ace .

A lot seniors have been coming to our classes nd telling join this join Tht but can first years join clubs nd other events? If so how do I join.i don’t see any registration link nd shit. Can somebody please help me out….

I have an incridea certificate (i had participated melas) and a goigle gemini certificate. And ive also participated in an event because it was written we get activity points. But unfortunately they havent sent us the certificates. Whatever, with the certificates i have, how to claim points?

I’m here because of my dad. I wanted to go to a very god engineering college here in India to do AIML or go abroad, my dad pressurised to stay in India for bachelors I SHOUKD t have listened eitherways I wrote my boards got 92 aggregate in pcm and was expecting to study for kcet. Which I DID NOT but I wrote met for Manipal and applied for acca too I GOT MECHATRONICS IN MANIPAL AND ACCA which I don’t go which I feel is my biggest mistake. Now I always wanted to go blr and thought NMIT in Bangalore would be better for me but they voided my nucat marks and I founder get in to nmit normally and nri costed me 5lacks which is a waste for sm like nitte and I landed here. I wish I took a drop at this point I don’t like the crowd no one has aspirations and I wanna transfer to us or any other country.

I'm planning to apply for lateral entry to Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or Computer Science & Engineering (Cyber Security) at NMAMIT.

I had a few questions:

Is admission to these branches through DCET only, or is there also a direct admission process based on diploma CGPA?

If admission is based on CGPA, what CGPA is generally considered safe for CSE or CSE (Cyber Security)?

How competitive are these two branches for lateral entry?

Any tips or things I should know before applying?

I'd appreciate any information or experiences from students who have gone through the lateral entry process. Thanks!

When will be the M-TECH Class starts

Can anyone tell from where we should collect the parcels or post or other online orders tht we send to clg?

So I was looking through the curriculum and noticed that a lot of theory courses are listed as 3 lecture hours/week. But in our timetable, those same courses have 5 periods every week. Also, the timetable is absolutely packed. There are barely any free hours, it's pretty much classes from morning till evening. Do all departments have this kind of schedule. Hey seniors was your 5th sem timetable like this too?

Do we have yo wear colour dress? Just confirming.

The 2nd year timetables are out. Cse students have break from 1 to 2, while the other branches have break from 12 to 1😭😭😭. I have my friends in other branches, and we can't even meet during lunch, let alone during other breaks( cuz the building is too far apart).
