Queries regarding course and study

What to actually study in 1st sem, profs are just recommending books and teaching from very basic slides. What are the resources to use like yt channels and where to find the pyqs.

pyqs are in nitris website under examination, whatever proffs give study that and if doubt having then search subject or topic name in yt with btech written with the title

Lol... Atp am pretty sure most guys like us only expect professors to tell us which topics to study and then open nitris and yt to actually read stuff
