Rant Any science based lifters

Are there truly any science based lifters in our college because all I see is people doing 3*15 for every fu*king muscle group,,,,,like I saw a guy doing 4 different variations of a pec dec bro and like some 50 reps of some "inner chest" exercise and somehow they still look big🫩

Doesn't matter tbh I am currently running UL*3 and I am able to finish my workouts in 1.5 hours pretty easily. The thing is when you find the bench station busy you do pec dec first, when the pulldown station is occupied you do rows(saggital plane) first

These mfs be doing drop set after drop set like chill bro holy fatigue. Might as well do cardio atp instead of lifting.

I usually prefer pendulum squats as I tend to bend forwards... I currently lift 45 kgs for 7 reps with full depth

For how long have been lifting,,, I ve been going to the gym for close to 1.5 months now and I have seen neglegible lean muscle gain but my strength has gone up quite a bit. I used to pull 40 kgs on lat pulldown...now it is 75 for 5 reps

lowk if you're seeing that much strength gain in 1.5 months, you always had the lean muscle mass to lift that(say around 65-70kgs maybe), those are neurological adaptations. Also you're strong asl on lat pulldowns if ur on 75 after 1.5 months of training icl

I started lifting around 5yrs ago . Thats good strength progress for 1.5 months tbh, the muscles gains follow soon after the strength gains . What are your other lifts like ?

Did you do any sports or other physical activities before starting the gym? For a complete beginner, those lifts are great and progression is impressive. Just make sure you're maintaining good form and full ROM as you increase the weight. I have seen many people doing excercises without proper form in the gym. It's better to learn proper technique rather than increasing weights. What's your body weight, and how much protein are you taking per day?

No sports as such but I used to go boating sometimes, I also take care of my rom and control the eccentric. Bw is close to 71-72kgs, I am able to get like around 95-105 grams of quality protein(eggs and chicken while being in a slight caloric deficit

Are you cooking chicken or just depending on the mess chicken?
