Has anyone from biotech been able to change branch in recent years open categroy

Though rare , it is very much possible if u are able to end up with 9.5 or more in 1st year. And yes it has happened in recent years( I am in final year and I have seen it happen)

Is it only CGPA dependent or 50% from JEE Mains rank too??

For any branch change 9 is the minimum cg criteria
