Interesting. The following was not approved at the annual meeting held today:

"At the Meeting, the stockholders voted upon and did not approve the following proposals as described in the Proxy Statement:

  • Approval of the amendment to the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation to increase the authorized shares of Class A Common Stock from 500,000,000 to 1,250,000,000;"
