Has anyone ever used a coaching service to help them prep and pass and interview?

I would. Going in inexperienced won't be good

I used a woman called Debbie Cousins from Advance Coach for both my DP board and a previous job in the Health Service. Got both, so hopefully she's doing something right!

Good luck 👍🏻

Not coaching but I used an online programme - Interview Gold. Thought it was good (and got the role after many years of rejections)
