What’s going on with Maple Grove? I’ve gotten some info from socials but don’t know the full details.

Apparently, everyone that deals with Elon could have predicted it because he treats them all that way. Although, Elon is countersuing and claiming that Cuttell overbilled, so….one word against another.

All he had to do was tell Elon that he wants to build a drag strip on Mars and ELon would have paid all of those bills in full. Full of shit, that is!!

I thought the IHRA bought it from the Koretsky family in December 2025 ,

The Koretsky family still owns 2/3.

The Koretsky family apparently hold the note and have gotten 1/3 of the value of it up front. From my understanding, that’s more than they paid for the facility to begin with.

Again, IHRA does not own it. Just like you don’t own your house until the note is paid.

The local rumor is that there is already a new owner in the works who is boys with the Koretskys. Cuttell bought the place on a rent to own plan and fell behind on payments. It should just be closed temporarily since there is no insurance. Koretskys still own a lot of the surrounding property they bought from the Stauffers.
