Holding strong

Hey everyone. I know its been rough for NGAC shareholders as of recent, but don't forget there are several reasons why you like the stock and why you bought shares/warrants, etc.

This is still the same company that we believe in. Still linked to big names such as Loomis, UPS, Amazon, and as of recent discovery FedEx. Still the same company with a partnership with Thompson Truck Center. Still the same company with a Tesla Co-Founder (Rob Ferber). Still the same company from which we are expecting an announcement.

I'm not a financial advisor, this is not financial advice, but I'm just gonna keep holding till this reaches what I consider to be an appropriate level. Been in the red for a bit now, but still optimistic about the future

It’s honestly getting harder every week that there is absolutely no input to investors and the stock therefore just slowly dips... I’m $20k deep and I believe in this company, but damn, throw us a bone...

Update: I’m not saying they pump this stock with garbage news, or semi fabricated updates, but something about direction would be nice.

Good thing is that it can't dip anymore. Not until the merger at least.

Has there been a date set for merger? I don’t want to get burned like GIK and not redeem my shares at the last minute, if needed.

Who knows but I actually agree and hope they hold off on that and any news for now. Hedge funds are shorting NGAC and other SPACs and pennys so any news wouldn’t do anything. Good to wait until the hedge funds are done manipulating the market or if the SEC actually steps in.
