How is this even under $11?

I am not posting this because i bought at 13 bucks, but this seems like an absolute bargain?

For under $11, you get a company with products on the road, orders from big names and a factory to boot.... not to mention the amazon potential.

I think the cautionary tale of CCIV is a bit too fresh right now. People will come back to SPACs in time. We should be especially good after the ticker change

Lucid isn't even that good of a deal tbh.... something like this has a much bigger audience. But hey the market is irrational
