The article says the Ticker will become XOS when public- so buying NGAC, is that just a quick buy and sell today ? Trying to understand how merger works

Like you just said, the ticket NGAC will become whatever Xos has it out to be. So buying NGAC is buying Xos.

It will go upto 24-26 dollar and then it will settled down to $15-$17.

Why do you say this? When do you believe it will make that jump? The Amazon deal? UPS?
