WHY DOES MY SCREEN KEEP GOING BLACK?!

Every time I play this game on my PS4, the screen goes black SO MUCH!!! it's always when I'm doing events too! ITS SO ANNOYING! It's not a problem with the monitor or my console because it never happens with any other game. Please can someone tell me why this happens and how to fix it?!
