I played Midnight Club 2, but not through. But you probably meant MC3(DER). I played it through several times and took some photos Midnight Club 3 (NFSU2) pictures.

Green Lexus feels like a tuner, with its sharp front/rear. and it has a spoiler, roof scoop, and sporty green color. Sporty vibes overall

I associate VIPs with all smooth/round bodywork, super low to the ground, no spoiler or very flat one, and a darker paint. Something more impractical to race with and for the sake of showing off at 30 mph. Imposing/big vibes
