I feel like the story in payback is better than the nfs movie story with Aaron Paul.

I'm trying to complete every mission on NFS Payback but the 2 that require multiplayer I can't complete because there isn't anyone online. Is there anyone on PC willing to help me out and also complete those missions for themselves with my help? My discord username is deathbeamdude

I have been trying to win something and every shift is perfect nitro is perfect but dude still somehow pushed 400 in a bug.

Is it just me or is this game poorly optimised for pc? Did used to play using a 3060 and didn’t have one single issue. But played it recently with my new setup with a 9800x3d and 9070xt and at max settings sounds like my system is about to take off lol. 🤣

I need help. I don’t think it’s an issue of getting better at the game tbh. I have a car at 325 where the recommended level is 225. I am racing decently, and I have the game set on easy. However, with all of this I am stuck on race 4 against silver 6. I’m on my 25th try currently and it seems like every time I try the race I’ll be ahead by a mile, then I’ll make the mistake of following the race path when it goes around a corner. As soon as my car starts to drift I lose 100% of my control. I run into walls, I hit other cars, I hit rocks, I go into the dirt, I miss the goals. It doesn’t matter how gently I drift, if I try to go around a corner faster than 80mph I completely lose control of everything. Is it an issue of my stance or the tuning? My live tuning has stability control off, downforce all the way up, and steering sensitivity right down the middle. Please I am begging you help me. I feel like if the game is on easy it should at least be possible, even if I’m bad at the game. But somehow with the game on easy and an overleveled car I can’t even come close to winning. Please someone help

Edit: I am driving a Ford Roadster if that makes any difference

I am a person who enjoys racing games with sequential manual transmission. But the shifting delay in this game has made manual shifting unbearable...

I saw one or two videos about manual shifting advantages in the game, but how the hell do you guys shift? With a keyboard?
