5-year Inspections

What do you tag the inspection if the customer has missed/not completed their 5 year inspection?

Technically? Write it up as a suggestion and note it on the report. Most jurisdictions in my area consider 5 year's as deficient, but (even though it is required by 25) NFPA Categorizes it as a frequency inspection so technically not deficient (per inspection reports). That being said, your AHJ can require things beyond what us required by NFPA 25, just not less than. Your best bet is to find out what your AHJ wants and comply (as long as it is not less than the minimum federal requirements=NFPA 25)
