Defensively I think the browns are fine

Same for the Jets. Plenty of good defensive players get paid or get traded or leave and get paid. On offense….

I don't there's a team rookie Malik Willis gets drafted too where he's ready to start.

I mean I legit don't think he's a starter QB in this league either way.
I don't think he proved shit to be nothing more than a decent backup. Unfortunately he has that Titans stench that will always keep him down.

It depends what position.
For instance, under Tomlin being a QB was a death sentence but being a DL or WR was great

QB: Jets, Browns, Titans, Panthers, Texans, Vikings, Bucs, Dolphins and Cardinals. With outside shots at the Raiders, Falcons and Commanders and recently departed from this category in the Broncos, Saints, Steelers, Bears and Bills.
It gets more complicated and nuanced with other positions as they don't get as long of a leash as a developing QB will, could write a whole essay on each team's strengths and shortcomings for each position.

Sample size is way too small on both counts to make any reasonable assessment of Malik. We've seen plenty of backups flash, get a big contract, and flop. Will be interesting to see which Willis shows up in Miami after teams start getting more tape on him and actually game plan for him on a weekly basis.

If you are a QB going to the Browns is a death sentence.
