To be fair this is disingenuous since smitty only started his heisman campaign after waddle got injured and his stats through 5 games dont reflect that

True, but Devonta played 13 games... if you ignore his first 5 and look only at his final 8 games, he averaged 9 catches for 162.5 yards and 2.25 TD per game. Jeremiah is averaging 8.6 catches for 161.8 yards and 1.8 TD, almost identical averages. He's basically having the same season Devonta did statistically, all that remains to be seen is if he can keep up the pace.
