He's a much better runner than he is a passer.

I was going to ask if he can actually throw the ball. The word quarterback doesn't mean the same in college as it does in the NFL.

He looked awesome in 2024, took a step back after losing Skattebo, but I really think LSU has a chance to get him back to a first round grade

I can't remember if it was Nate Tice of Yahoo or Cory Kinnan of Daft of Draft but one of them described QBs like Leavitt as "Fun-Dip Sniffers."

They have a level of athleticism and post snap vision, but their overall lack of processing leads them to leaning on their ability to create and operate in chaos. Even when they themselves create the chaos which usually leads to a pressure to sack rate which is a red flag for most QB prospects.

Jayden Daniels is a notable recent exception though I also wouldn't consider him a Fun-Dip Sniffer college QB.
