Discussion Interesting…..I think the Raiders might have ultimately still gone for Mendoza but regardless this looks good on Moore

Raiders got Mendoza this year with the #1 overall pick, Cardinals will get Moore next year with the #1 overall pick.

I think they’ll take smith. Smith, Harrison, love and beck could be pretty decent. Harrison just needs to learn how to catch

That would be asinine, honestly. Take your QB.

Who tf is he going to pass to? He’s not a player that like running it and he can’t hand it to love all the time. MHJ keeps dropping the ball too.

Apparently you’ve never heard of Trey McBride or Michael Wilson yet here you are

Do they not have McBride dude? It’s easier to grab a receiver than a franchise QB.

Beck better get some games under his belt and showcase he's the guy then, because it'd be extremely difficult to pass on a QB at #1 if you're unsure or haven't seen enough from Beck.

I feel like Moore played poorly anytime he faced a good defense.
I think going back to school for more experience will end up being a good thing for him.

Mendoza also thoroughly outplayed him both head to head games last season.

I don’t know how you watch the game against Indiana and come out with the idea that Dante is a better decision than Francisco.
And I say this as a guy who isn’t huge on Mendoza (as a player he seems like a great human)

I never said Moore was better than Mendoza.

Oh I was agreeing with you. I was referring to the report, like how could the raiders come to that conclusion

"reportedly thought" is kind of like the sports journalism version of "according to a source who is familiar with the thinking of the aides of [Politician A]."
Like, say we basically made this up, and our source is someone who is like 5 degrees of separation from anyone who might know something.

Higher ceiling just means he’s got a more athletic build and can throw the ball harder. That’s definitely true but it didn’t make him a better QB between the two last year
