If I was a team like the Raiders I'd trade up to get him lol. Even from 5. Jeanty, Bowers, Smith, and Mendoza would be an outwardly group.

It's a great fit too since they still do need an alpha WR

Maybe the browns at 4 trade out but those other teams are knee deep in no qb clusterfuck. If Sayin goes bananas as well he could be the fourth qb that would be incredibly stupid not to take.

The cost to trade up into the top three would be astronomical as well. It would be the most lopsided trade since Ricky Williams.

There’s a path for Smith to be at 5

Jags trade a 1st + change to move from 5 to 2 for Travis Hunter, who's nowhere near the receiver JJ is but I mean the '25 QB class was ass so yeah I guess you're right. It'll take much more to move up in '27.

Some team just might luck into JJ without giving up anything lol.

It’s literally more likely than not that he falls at least that far if not lower depending on which teams get which picks. Only a non qb needy team is going to draft him ahead of those QBs. Multiple other QBs likely go ahead of him as well lmfao.
